National Reunion Services: COVID-19 Policies

It has always been our policy that we, as a company, do not cancel reunions. This was true after 9/11, during the SARS and Ebola scares and through many other natural and man-made disasters. However, there are times when our staff and our clients safety dictates that we reschedule events. As of right now, we are only rescheduling events due to government mandate, venue closure or at the request of your committee per the agreement we have with them. Should we need to reschedule your reunion for a later date or move it to another venue, all tickets purchases will be automatically transferred to the new event date and our ticket transfer fees will be waived and will be allowed until 10 days prior to your reunion.

As a national company, we are dealing with different COVID-19 restrictions and mandates from every state, county, city and even venue that we work in and our policy needs to reflect this. Our company policy is to follow all government mandates and restrictions based on the event venue and at the time of the event. Please be aware that this may mean, depending on the date and location of your reunion, you may be asked to wear a mask, show proof of a negative COVID test or vaccination and/or we may have to reschedule your reunion due to social distancing restrictions or venue closure.

While we understand that many of you will have very strong feelings about what we should or should not be doing, as a business, following government guidelines based on your venue location is best way for us manage this and work in the best interest of all our clients.

For information specific to your reunion, please visit our Upcoming Reunions page and click on your event. Any updates to your reunion will be posted there.

As we’ve all come to know, the COVID-19 situation is fluid and our policies regarding COVID-19 need to be just as fluid. While these are our policies today, these will be updated and adjusted as the situation changes. Please understand that these are our policies as a company that works nationally, and that we may have to adjust these policies for your event specifically due to local regulations.

Self Reporting: Within 2 weeks after the event, should you become ill with an infectious disease, you agree to self-report that illness to the event organizer National Reunion Services at 925-240-1361. National Reunion Services will maintain your privacy in accordance with applicable data protection and data privacy requirements but will also alert other attendees, vendors and staff from the event.

Thank you and be safe!
